Italy 1937 – postcard lake and mountain scenery, original postal slip, beautiful stamps

Original postcard sent from Italy in 1937, as evidenced by the postmark and period Italian stamps. On the front side there is an artistic black and white photograph of a lake with a mountain range, the sky is covered with dramatic clouds. The view is typical not only of Italian natural scenery, but also of collector's valuable photographs from the first half of the 20th century. The back side contains a handwritten dedication, an address to Czechoslovakia and three distinctive Italian stamps. The postcard is in good collector's condition and represents a rare document of international communication and period photography.
