Tábor – Battle at Lužnice, historical postcard, circa 1957

Original period postcard with the motif of the city of Tábor, specifically the Partie u Lužnice. On the front of the postcard is a beautiful black and white photo of the historic city center with the river in the foreground, and in the background a panorama with dominant buildings, towers and a church. The postcard was sent in 1957, as evidenced by the stamp and postmark on the back. Handwritten message addressed to a university professor from Holany u Dubé. The overall condition of the postcard is very good, suitable for collectors of historical postcards from Czech cities.
