Black and white postcard Česká Lípa, Sudetenland, until 1950
Historical black and white postcard depicting a panoramic view of the town of Česká Lípa (German: Böhm. Leipa) in the Sudetenland period. The front side shows a beautiful view of the town with the surrounding countryside, trees can be seen in the foreground, houses, fields and city buildings in the distance. The distinctive border of the postcard and the fine workmanship of the details are typical. The back side of the postcard is divided into an address and correspondence section and bears the GERA No. 1096 marking. The postcard bears minor traces of age, there are remnants of pasting into an album in the corners. An interesting collector's item for lovers of regional history.
