Opočno – square, Orlické Mountains, small format, old postcard

An old postcard from Opočno depicts a square with a view of the Orlické Mountains in the background. The postcard is dominated by a memorable plague column and historic townhouses lining the square. The soft brown tone gives the postcard a classic look typical of the early 20th century. The back side is printed with the text "Opočno - Square with a background of the Orlické Mountains", published by the Department of the Czechoslovak Tourist Club in Opočno. An excellent collector's item, suitable for a collection of postcards of cities and historical monuments. The postcard format corresponds to the small format until 1950.
