Easter postcard – children in folk costumes, ethnographic, 1931
An old Easter postcard with an ethnographic theme depicts a group of children in traditional folk costumes, welcoming the arrival of spring and Easter outside. The girls and boys carry pomlázky and traditional decorations typical of Czech Easter customs, such as Easter eggs and handmade dolls. On the back is a handwritten Easter greeting and a postmark from Prague from 1931. The postcard is in good condition for its age, with slightly worn corners and an original period atmosphere. A great collector's item for lovers of folk traditions and historical postcards.
