Beautiful old Easter postcard with an ethnographic motif - a girl in a traditional costume holding a pomlázka and an Easter egg. The postcard contains a handwritten message and a postage stamp from the First Republic (Czechoslovakia), postmarked in 1931. Motif by academic painter K. Šimůnek. An excellent collector's item with a folklore theme, which captures the traditions and customs of Easter in the Czech countryside. Condition is consistent with its age, slightly worn, well preserved. Small format, suitable for a collection or as a decoration for lovers of history, traditions and postcards with folk motifs.
