Christmas postcard of the Czechoslovak Socialist Republic - candle, nuts, twig, 1987

Christmas postcard from Slovakia, sent to Prague. The postcard is in very nice collector's condition. The front side shows a traditional Christmas motif - a lit candle in a stand, walnuts, a sprig of conifer and a Christmas book. On the back side there is a handwritten dedication with the wish of Merry Christmas, an address and a Slovak stamp with a portrait. Completed with a signature and a period postmark. Published by Grafobal Skalica, photo J. Čeněk. Classic small format size. Ideal for a collection of historical postcards or as a retro Christmas gift.
