Christmas postcard 1979, written in German, winter motif, children and gifts

Christmas postcard from 1979 with a cute motif of two children carrying Christmas presents and a lantern through a winter snowy landscape. On the front side is the German inscription Herzliche Weihnachtsgrüße und ein glückliches Neues Jahr (Hearty Christmas greetings and a happy new year). The back side contains a handwritten text in German dated Christmas 1979. The postcard shows signs of age and minor wear to the edges, but overall in very nice condition, suitable for a collection of old postcards, collectors of Christmas or Christmas motifs. The size is approximately the classic postcard format.
