Christmas postcard 1989 – Nativity of Jesus, Austria, artistic motif

Christmas postcard with a reproduction of a classicist painting depicting the scene of the Nativity of Jesus, with prominent figures of the Virgin Mary, Saint Joseph and baby Jesus in a manger. The postcard was sent in 1989 from Austria (see stamp with the motif of Christmas Weihnachten 1989) addressed to the Czech Republic. On the back there is a handwritten message in German. Overall, the postcard is in good collector's condition, light signs of wear on the edges. An ideal addition to a collection of postcards with a Christmas or religious theme or thematic painting.
