An old Czech Christmas postcard of a smaller format, dated 1949. On the front side there is a picturesque motif of a conifer branch with decorative pine cones and a lit candle, accompanied by the text Merry Christmas. The back side is hand-written with the address, provided with the original Czechoslovak stamp and postmark. The postcard is a nice collector's item with the atmosphere of post-war Christmas.
