Old New Year's postcard - children, dog, Czechoslovakia, K. Šimůnek, 50h stamp

Original old postcard with a New Year theme, painted according to the original. akadem. painting by K. Šimůnek. The postcard depicts two children with a dog, who are dressed in winter clothes and holding flowers in their hands. On the back is a handwritten wish Merry Christmas and a Happy New Year, addressed to Mr. Jan Skal, a train driver at Smíchov. There is also a period stamp of Czechoslovakia 50 haller. The postcard is in very nice collector's condition, suitable for adding to a collection of historical postcards from the period of the First Republic.
