Christmas postcard 1946 – skier, winter landscape, Czechoslovakia, Horni Ves postmark

Older black and white postcard of Czech origin in the Christmas spirit, sent in 1946. On the front side there is a photograph of a skier in a winter landscape with massive snowy rocks and the inscription Merry Christmas and Happy New Year. The back side contains handwritten wishes and address, including a period postage stamp for 30 haller with a portrait of a person and the Horni Ves stamp. The postcard is well preserved, with minor signs of age on the back. A beautiful collector's item - ideal not only for collectors of winter and Christmas themes, but also regional and historical postcards from the period before 1950.
