Christmas postcard 1939 – deer, winter landscape, postmarked

Original Christmas postcard from the Protectorate of Bohemia and Moravia, dated 1939. On the front side there is a stylized winter motif – a snowy landscape with a red setting sun and a pair of deer by the forest, with the wish Merry Christmas. On the back of the postcard there is a personal pencil writing addressed to Mr. Václav Matoušek, a forest ranger in Korytno near Morkovice. The postcard is postmarked, with a Bohemia and Moravia 50h stamp and a Náměšť nad Hanou postmark dated 27. XII. 1939. A beautiful collector's item in original condition, suitable for thematic collections Christmas, Czech Republic, 1st half of the 20th century.
