Antique postcard - winter birds on a branch, Christmas motif, sent in the 1920s
An old postcard with a beautiful winter motif of two birds sitting on a snowy branch of a conifer, complete with pine cones. The illustration in soft colors comes from the academic painter AH Pavlík, which is stated on the reverse. The postcard was sent by post, it is marked with a stamp of the Czechoslovak Republic and a legible postmark. On the back there is a handwritten Christmas greeting from Bohumín addressed to Prague. An excellent collector's item for lovers of historical postcards and animal motifs. The condition corresponds to its age, on the front side there is minor wear and a slight bend in the lower part.
