Old postcard with a drawing of a castle, New Year's card, clean, 1st half of the 20th century.

Original old postcard with a drawing of a city scene and a dominant castle or chateau in the background. On the front side there is a delicate drawing of a winter view of city houses and a distinctive castle with a tower on a hill. At the bottom there is a New Year's greeting: Merry Christmas and a happy new year from Augustin Mervaatt. The back of the postcard is clean, unposted, with only a small handwritten description in the corner. A very nice, decoratively valuable piece suitable for a collection of historical postcards focused on architecture, castles and chateaux in the Czech Republic. The postcard probably dates from the first half of the 20th century. Overall, very well preserved condition, only minor wear consistent with age.
