Christmas postcard - winter landscape, GDR, sent to Prague (1960s)

Original black and white postcard with a Christmas winter theme. On the front side there is a snowy landscape with a cottage, tree branches covered with snow and the German text: Ein frohes Weihnachtsfest und ein glückliches neues Jahr (Merry Christmas and a Happy New Year). The postcard has been sent, on the back there is a GDR stamp and a handwritten message addressed to Prague. A very nice collector's item with postal history and a postmark from the 1960s. A perfect example of period correspondence between Germany and Czechoslovakia.
