Christmas postcard from the former Czechoslovakia. The front side shows holiday decorations – a fruit basket with apples, grapes, nuts, citrus fruits and Christmas decorations, all in keeping with traditional Christmas decor with coniferous branches, ribbons and festive lighting. The postcard is used, with handwritten text and an original postage stamp with a motif by Josef Čapek (50 haller, CZECHOSLOVAKIA). The text of the wish MERRY CHRISTMAS is printed on the back. A suitable collector's item for lovers of historical and holiday postcards.
