Poděbrady hydroelectric power station – postcard 1925, small format

Original historical postcard depicting the hydroelectric power plant and weir in Poděbrady (Hydrocentrála) from 1924. The postcard shows a beautiful view of the functionalist technical monument with its reflection on the surface of the Elbe. This is a small postcard format with a description and name of the place on the front. On the back there is a handwritten text, a stamp from the time of the First Republic (30 halléřs – TG Masaryk) and a stamp. Issued by V. Hoblík, Poděbrady Lázně. Date of dispatch: 1925. Condition is consistent with its age – light stains and wear. A very interesting collector's item from the period of the First Republic. A perfect addition to a collection of old postcards from the Czech Republic.
