The postcard shows a view of the city of Ostrava with the dominant television tower and urban development in the background. The postcard dates from the period after 1950 and is in color. On the back there is a stamp from 1978 and a postage stamp of Czechoslovakia with the motif of 20 years of Czechoslovak television, nominal value 30 h.
