Postcard Karlštejn (Karlův Týn) – painting by K. Liebscher, early 20th century

An old postcard depicting the famous Karlštejn Castle, issued around the beginning of the 20th century. On the front side there is a painted illustration of the castle with the distinctive name Karlův Týn and the signature of the author of the illustration K. Liebscher. The postcard is provided with handwritten text, on the back there are original period postage stamps, a stamp and a handwritten address. This postcard is not only a beautiful document of the history and architecture of Czech castles, but also a valuable collector's item.
