Postcard Czechoslovak Army Day – 1950, small format

Original old postcard titled Czechoslovak Army Day by authors JJ Králík and Fr. Hudeček. The postcard depicts a typical post-war atmosphere, where a worker, a peasant, a woman with a child and other representatives of the then Czechoslovak society stand next to a soldier. The back of the postcard is filled in and provided with a stamp with a portrait. The postcard was sent in 1950. Typical smaller format until 1950, a very interesting collector's item from the post-war Czechoslovak Republic. Condition is consistent with age, with light wear and patina in places. A great addition to a collection of period postcards with military and national social themes.
