Postcard Fifth All-Sokol Festival Prague 1907, small format, used

Original postcard issued on the occasion of the Fifth All-Sokol Gathering in Prague, held on June 28–30 and July 1, 1907. The postcard contains a colorful artistic illustration of a falcon in motion in the sky. On the back is a used Austro-Hungarian postage stamp and a handwritten message addressed to Mr. Bedřich Houd in Ořech. An important historical monument associated with the Czech Sokol movement at the beginning of the 20th century. Small format, condition consistent with age – minor signs of wear and yellowing, authentic patina, see photo.
