Smíchov Prague – Embankment with Palacký Bridge, old black and white postcard

A historical postcard depicting the Smíchovské Embankment with the iconic Palacký Bridge in Prague. This is a black and white postcard from the first half of the 20th century. The front side beautifully captures the architecture of the Vltava River bank, including a detailed drawing of the buildings of the time. The back side bears a handwritten dedication and a postage stamp from the Czechoslovakian period, including a legible postmark. The postcard is in very good condition, with slight traces of age. A great collector's item for lovers of old Prague and history. The postcard format is smaller, as was typical until 1950.
