Original postcard titled PORT-SAID – General view of the Harbour depicting a picturesque view of the busy port in Port Said, Egypt. The colorfully drawn postcard depicts seagoing ships moored at the pier and part of the port city on the coast. This is a postcard produced by The Cairo Post-Card Trust with catalog number Ph. N. 0163. On the back there are fields for a stamp, address and a short message, the postcard has not been used and is without a postmark. The condition corresponds to its age – slightly rounded corners, minor signs of wear, see scan. A great collector's item, an interesting document of Egyptian port traffic and the exotic atmosphere of the early 20th century.
