Jarda Formánek, a piper from Strakonice – a historical ethnographic postcard

Historical postcard depicting the master bagpiper Jarda Formánek from Strakonice in traditional costume, probably from the early 20th century. The photographic motif bears distinctive ethnographic and folklore elements that are associated with the South Bohemian region and traditional bagpipe culture. On the back is a stamp of the Municipal Dykovo Museum in Strakonice. The postcard is in vintage condition, with visible patina, minor stains and signs of age.
