Karlštejn – old postcard, used by post, Austria-Hungary

An old postcard with a motif of Karlštejn Castle. On the front side there is a colored cast print with a beautiful view of the famous Czech castle Karlštejn, the surrounding nature and part of the village below the castle. The front side is supplemented with the inscription "Gruss aus Karlstein". The back side is postally used with a stamp from the Austro-Hungarian period and a postmark. The postcard bears the usual signs of age and use - slightly worn corners and small spots. An excellent collector's item from the early 20th century. Suitable for a collection of postcards of castles and chateaux or thematic units of Czech history.
