Original old Christmas postcard from Czechoslovakia, small format (until 1950). On the front side there is a beautiful color illustration by M. Fischerová-Kvěchová depicting the baby Jesus in a manger surrounded by birds and a comet. A suitable collector's postcard or a beautiful addition to a thematic collection with a Christmas motif and folk art. The back side contains a handwritten and printed message, address and a stamp with the Prague postmark from 1950. Overall very good condition commensurate with its age. An attractive example of Czech illustrated postcards from the first half of the 20th century.
